IT Support

Our IT Support services cover anything from basic training and installing new software to hardware breakdowns and wireless network set-up. We aim to be on call for small local businesses in the Surrey/Hampshire borders area and anyone at home who is not sure who to call with any questions.

There's so much to know with all the different types of hardware/software available in today's IT world, there are no stupid questions and no problem is too small!  If you're a small business or home user let us help with any questions you may have, we're located in Camberley, Surrey not far from Guildford, Woking, Farnham and the surrounding towns.

Hardware
We have extensive knowledge of working with all types of hardware from PC's and laptops to printers and wireless networks. Not only can we fault find any hardware problems, we can help to upgrade existing equipment so it can keep up to date with the ever changing technology, without the need for sourcing brand new equipment.

Software
Part of our experience comes from software support, so we're very happy to be able to offer support on most Windows based applications and versions of operating system.

Even if we don't have direct experience with your particular software (there are so many out there!) we have extensive knowledge of problem solving and learning new software very quickly so if you find you're stuck and don't know who to call give us a try. We believe in being honest with our customers so if we can't fix it we'll say so and of course there won't be a charge!

Training
Sometimes you may be stuck on how to install the latest software, or need to know how to set-up a small database or spreadsheet. We can tailor training from one person at home just starting out to a room of 20 people in need of knowing the basic's around the latest software your company is to start using.
