Websites

Websites are an important area of our business, we believe a website should be simple and easy to manage. That's why most of our sites have an inbuilt Content Management System (CMS) which ensures our customers have full control of making changes, anytime they like.

That's very important these days as many web design companies will charge you everytime you wish to make the slightest change, plus you have to wait for them to do it. Not so with a Content Management System, you can login and make changes whenever you want to.

How should your website look?
We're happy to work directly with your ideas on how your site should look, but if you're not sure we also have a partner company, Simply. PR & Events who have designers on hand to help with something a little bit different.

Here are some of our current live sites...

Our Process  to getting your website live...

  1. Upon initial enquiry and discussion with you, we'll ascertain the most suitable and cost effective website solution for your company.
    • Whether it needs extra functionality or if it will just be a few pages of basic information.
    • We'll also discuss some rough design ideas, you may already have a company colour scheme and logo that will take us in the direction of how the site should look.

  2. We'll then go away and put together two or three designs for you to look at to see if we're on the right track and provide you a quote for the completed work.

  3. Once you agree on the basic design (changes can always be made later on through the process), we'll set to work making a mock up of the site on our test server.
    • At this stage you should be thinking about your content!

  4. We'll provide you access to our test server so you can see how the site will look and at this stage we'll invoice you for 25% of our fee.

  5. Once payment is received we'll get the site completed in an agreed time frame.

  6. The finished site will then be made available for you on our test server so you can perform final checks and we can make sure all the content is added.

  7. At this stage the final bill is invoiced.

  8. We'll then put the site live, either on our hosting or whichever you specify.
